Berries Spica Red

Stampscapes Birthday Card

I created this card for one of my son's birthday. The trees are Stampscapes from the Nature Sheet 1 and are stamped with Adirondack's Bottle and Meadow. Glossy paper was used for the trees. I intentionally made a some trees lean because in a forest of pines they do not all stand straight. I think it lends to a more realistic look. Some of the pines have stickles on them to give dimension and sparkle. The greeting is Sweet Stamps. The scene was die cut from Stampin Up's 'Top Note'. I used CB's Snowflakes on white cardstock under the Top Note.

This card is thanks to Sandy Hulsart. She is so good at stampscapes!! The finished size is 5 1/2"x 4 1/4".

Gift Bag for Stamp Club/Mo's Challenge 12/8/09

I also believe this meets the requirements for this recent Mo's Challenge!! It will be for my sister's Christmas gift!! This was a challenge given at the November Stamp Club meeting to decorate this unusual color of a bag. The snowman is a Mo's Digital image which I colored with Copics. His hat, scarf and mittens are colored with G29 and YR24. He is in a Labels Three nestie. I airbrushed the background with B000 before removing the nestie. I used Flower Soft Polar White on the snow. The ball of the snowman's hat has Sparkly Fluff by Craft Lounge to give a more real look to it. I used Marvy's SnowMarker on the snowflakes. The greeting is Inkadinkado. I also sprayed the background of the nestie and the greeting with Glimmer Mist Pearl. The picture doesn't do the bag justice.

My Very First Christmas Card

I thought this would be fun to add. This is the first stamped Christmas Card I made in 2001. The angels are from Stampa Rosa. They are stamped on Vellum. I colored the back of the image with Fresco Chalk Inks using a stipple brush. They are matted on antique gold matte cardstock. The glitter corners are red liner tape and Art Institute Glitter. I enjoyed the trip down memory lane. The finished sized is an A2.

Card for a Friend

I needed this card in a hurry. I had been going thru my 'stash' and I found this kit from Bazzill. I decided it worked for a quick card. The greeting I am not sure of, I think it is Stampendous. The reason I am not sure is because I have recently begun to unmount all my wood mounted stamps. I need to lighten the load when travelling in our RV. The ink is SU's pigment, Chocolate Chip and it is embossed with Rangers Rainbow Sparkle Powder. The flowers were airbrushed with Copics YG03 and YG25. The finished size is 5 7/8" square.
