Karen's Kids Challenge

This card was created for Karen's Kids Challengehttp://karensdoodleskidschallenge.blogspot.com/ by my five year old granddaughter, Kaitlyn. First a little about Kaitlyn. She will be going into Kindergarten this year. She has been stamping with Grandma since she was three and half years old. She is a natural crafter and very independent in her designs.

She chose Karen's Fun In The Pool image which will be her sister's birthday card. I printed it on Beckett White for her. Kaitlyn colored the image with colored pencils. She chose the papers and actually the way they are placed on the card. She also handles punches very well and punched the corners out herself. I don't know who made the greeting. Kaitlyn stamped that on her own. She also chose the jewel butterflies.

Mo's Digital Pencil Challenge #22

The challenge at Mo's http://mosdigitalchallenge.blogspot.com/was any shape except a square or
rectangle. I cut a birthday cake from my Cricut. This card is for my mom's 80th birthday. I chose the image "You're My Best" because my mom is my best friend. I sized the image to fit in the Scallop Nestie before printing it on white Cryogen. I airbrushed the background before removing the nestie.  I colored the image with Copics.  I added glitter to the candle and the number 80 is also cut from my Cricut. I ran the yellow icing thru my Dots Cuttlebug folder. The DP is Flair Design.
