Sweet Stamps #67 Sketch

Today is our sixty-seventh challenge on the Sweet Stamps Challenge blog.
This week the challenge is a SKETCH!!
Create a project using our SKETCH!!!! Have Fun!!

Here is the card I created from our sketch:
 Using the lovely Parisian Bouquet and stamped it  in Royal Orchids Shades Dye Ink.  The base is colored with Creative Inspiration Paint IVORY. Happy Birthday is stamped with  Royal Orchids Shades Dye Ink.  It is die cut with Cheery Lynn's Little Stackers Scalloped OvalFanciful Butterflies Set was stamped on cardstock with Rich Amethyst Shades Dye Ink and detailed cut. Creative Inspiration Paint FAIRY DUST  gives the butterfly a glimmer appearance.  Pearls were created with an CREAM Viva Decor Pearl Pen.  The DP is Dream Catcher from First Edition.  The ribbon was colored with Copics E81 and BV29.  The finished size of the card is 4.50" x 6.25".

Sweet Stamps Challenge #66 Anything Goes

Today is our sixty-sixth challenge on the Sweet Stamps Challenge blog.
This week the challenge is ANYTHING GOES!
Create a project using ANYTHING!!!! Have Fun!!

 For my Anything Goes this week at Sweet Stamps I am featuring gorgeous stamps and wonderful new releases dies from Cheery Lynn Designs.  First I created the background with my Score It Board, scoring every 1/4" to create the outside house look.  I used White Wash Core'dination cardstock, sanding it for a distressed look.  Sweet Stamps used are:
I stamped all images with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink and colored them with Copics.  Using Creative Inspiration Paint Fairy Dust for extra glitz!!!

Acetate is placed behind the window for the glass effect.  The DP is First Edition Sweet Owl 6x6 Paper Pad.  The finished card size is a 6" square.

Cheery Lynn Designs May Release

Cheery Lynn Designs is releasing their new dies today!!  Please check our Inspiration Blog to see what the rest of the team has created!!!

We have over 27 new designs to delight you with. Featured in this release will be the introduction of our “Build-A-Flower” series of realistic flowers. Throw away the expensive and bulky punches, this first release will give you all the tools you need in a die set of leaves and accessories. We also have dies for Wedding themes, baby announcements and Father’s Day

Here is my project for the release:
 I created a 5" x 7" card.  Cheery Lynn's New Release Dies used are:

I die cut Homeward Bound from cardstock and highlighted the cattails and grass with Creative Inspiration Paints.  The background was created with Adirondack Alcohol Inks, Pesto, Ginger, Latte and Butterscotch.  I distressed with Tim Holtz Distress Ink Vintage Photo.  The gems are from my stash.

Today is our sixty-fifth challenge on the Sweet Stamps Challenge blog.
This week the challenge is YOUR FAVORITE COLOR!!!
 
 
Create a project using your  FAVORITE COLOR is!!!!

 My FAVORITE COLOR is PINK!!  Using an image From the Garden Carnation stamping it in Tuxedo Black Momento Ink.  The image was water colored using Shades Dye Inks, Sugar-N-Spice,  Forest and Creative Inspiration Paints, TUTU PINK, Green Olive,  and Canary.  The Carnation is detailed cut and Pop Dotted.  The layer behind it is Cheery Lynn's Cathedral Lace Frame cut from Stardreams Paper and inked to match with Sugar-N-Spice.  The DP is Basic Grey's Sweet Threads Collection.  The greeting is Thinking of You Curly.  Flourish is from Cheery Lynn Designs,  Tropical Flourish.   Ribbon is from my stash. Pearls were created with a Viva Decor Pearl Pen.  The card is a 5" x 7" in size.

Cheery Lynn Challenge 28 Bling It Up


The challenge this week at Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge Blog is BLING IT UP!!

You must create a theme using BLING for this week's challenge!!

Don't forget to use at least ONE Cheery Lynn die!!  Feel free to use more Cheery Lynn Dies!!
BLING is the word for the challenge at Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge Blog.
This week's card is a 5" square easel card. Using Glitter Paper I die cut the Princess Garden Frame and the Anastasia Border.

Mini Flourish One is cut from Stardreams Paper as are the roses die cut from Cuties 3. I inked the roses with Shades Dye Ink Nassau Blue from Sweet Stamps.  The gems are from my stash.  The stamps are from EK Success, Disney Princesses.  The Princess is stamped with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink and colored with Copics.  The dress is highlighted for added Bling with Creative Inspiration's Fairy Dust.

Sweet Stamps Challenge #64 Parchment With Rubber Stamps

Today is our sixty-fourth challenge on the Sweet Stamps Challenge blog.
This week the challenge is PARCHMENT WITH RUBBER STAMPS!!!

Your entry must have the theme of Parchment

Sweet Stamps Square Cross Medallion  is stamped in White Dye Ink and embossed with White Fine Detail Powder on Vellum.  I used the following Parchement Tools for the Medallion:

The Medallion is colored with Copic BG05. It was detailed cut with the  4-Split Perforating Tool. 
Cheery Lynn's French Flair Doily Stacker provided the perfect background layer for the Medallion.  The DP is Authentique Journey  6x6 paper pad.  The greeting Fancy Birthday is a favorite of mine!!  The gems are Rhinestones Aqua Marine.  They really jazz up the 6" square card.

Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge 27 Shades of Purple

The challenge this week at Cheery Lynn Designs Challenge Blog is SHADES OF PURPLE!!

You must create a theme using shades of PURPLE for this week's challenge!!

Don't forget to use at least ONE Cheery Lynn die!!  Feel free to use more Cheery Lynn Dies!!
 This is approximately a 6" oval card.  I began the base with Oval Classic-LG Silver Stacker.  The front layers are die cut from Mini Pearl Oval Mega Doily.  The Vellum layer with the sentiment is from the Oval-Classic-LG Stackers.  The white border if die cut from Stardreams paper with the  Dancing Doily Lace BorderCuties 3  created the roses.  I inked their purple with Shades Dye Ink Fortune Teller from Sweet Stamps. The roses are on top of the Mini Flourish One. The same ink stamped the sentiment which was embossed with Clear Fine Detail Powder.  The butterflies are from Exotic Small Butterflies. Viva Decor Pearl Pens created the Pearls and the gems are from my stash.

Sweet Stamps Challenge #63 For Mom

Today is our sixty-third challenge on the Sweet Stamps Challenge blog.
This week the challenge is FOR MOM!!!

Your entry must have theme FOR MOM!


Anyone can enter, but if you use a Sweet Stamps rubber stamp you get two entries into the challenge for a chance to win a $20 shopping spree!!

 The beautiful vase of flowers is Sweet Stamps Leigh's Flower Arrangement which is part of Jacqueline Hill's 2011 Botanical Collection.  On white cardstock I stamped the image with Distress Ink Pad Clear Embossing and embossed it with Pearl Fine Detail .  I created the background with a Color Box Stylus, Shades Dye Ink Sugan-N-Spice  and Pansy Purple.  The embossed area acts as a resists and stays pearly white!!  Two Cheery Lynn Dies were used Scalloped Square Reflections and Lace Corner Deco B.  The corners were also colored with Shades Sugan-N-Spice White Viva Decor Pearl Pen created the pearls on the corners.  The Scalloped Reflection Die has holes in it so I sewed Silky Thread  for a frame effect!!  The greeting is Happy Mother's Day stamped in d embossed it with Pearl Fine Detail .  I created the background with Shades Sugan-N-Spice  and Pansy Purple and cut apart.  Stardreams paper was used for the Scalloped Square. It is a 6" square.
