I used Lilac Bunch stamping it on White Cryogen Paper with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink and colored the beautiful lilacs with Copics.  I the used the following Cheery Lynn Dies Circles XL Stackers, Scalloped Circles XL Stackers, Little Stackers CirclesLittle Stackers Scalloped Circles,  Mini Exotic Butterflies, and Small Angel Wings. The DP is an oldie from K&Co.   Finished size is a 6" square.

Matthew's Second Birthday

This is the card I created for my grandson, Matthew's, second birthday.  The party theme
was Matchbox Cars.  Matthew loves cars!!

The cars were buttons that I cut the shanks off.  I made the road myself. I pounced the sky with blues from Shades Dye Inks. Shades are fabulous inks, so take a look at them.  The balloons are HappyBday2you from Stamps of Life.  The clouds and sun are stickers from my stash. The Happy Birthday and 2 are from Hero Arts.  The finished size is 4.25" x 5.50".

 Everything is coming up Daisies!! I chose the beautiful daisy collection for my card today.  I used Framed DaisiesDaisy Swag and Daisy Duo.  All images are stamped with Rich Cocoa Momento Ink on White Cryogen.  They are colored with Copics. I love the new belated greeting.  It was stamped in a pigment ink and embossed with clear embossing powder.  I decided to tear the edges around the frame and distress them with Tim Holtz' Orange Marmalade Distress Ink.  I embossed the orange layer with Cheery Lynn's Fanciful Flowers.  The yellow panel is embossed with Daisies Folder.  The finished size is a 6" square.

Sweet Stamps Challenge #19 Embossing

Today is our nineteenth challenge on the Sweet Stamps blog.  Anyone can enter, but if you use a Sweet Stamps rubber stamp you get two entries into the challenge for a chance to win a $20 shopping spree.  Our challenge  this week is ......

Embossing!!!
Embossing how easy is this!! Join the fun and break out your embossing powders or if you would like to dry emboss, you may do so!!

I stamped Scroll Shadow Box with Versa Mark and embossed with Medieval Metal. The Frame is airbrushed with Copics in two colors!! I then cut the frame out using Four-Split Perforating Tool.  Very cool looking in person!!  I used Triple Roses, Small Rose, Rose Bud. All roses are stamped with Tuxedo Black Ink and colored with Copics.  The Happy Birthday
is stamped with Versa Fine Black.   The DP is Basic Grey.  The green panel was embossed with Cheery Lynn's Dotted Swiss Plate.  The ribbon and pearl flowers are from my stash.  The finished size is 5" x 7".

Outlines Brown, Aqua and White Challenge

The challenge this week for Outlines Rubber Stamp is a Brown, Aqua and White color challenge.    Visit the Outlines Rubber Stamp blog to join the challenge for a chance to win a $25 shopping spree and to see what the design team has created.

I stamped Wavy Posey Lg, Wavy Posey Med, Wavy Posey Sm cutting each one out and putting pop dots under the medium and small to create the layers.  Posey Centers was used for added dimension.  Posy Leaf 1 was stamped three times and cut out in detail. All are mounted on Cheery Lynn's Circle ScallopPosy Greeting Centers was stamped on brown and layered on the DP.  EK punches were used for the Posey greetings.  The DP is Bo Bunny. Viva Decor Pear Pens were used to create the pearls.  The ribbons are from my stash.  Finished size is a 5.75" square.

Join the fun!! There are a lot of stamps that can be used for both. It is that Wedding time of the year!!

I stamped  Antique Bride and Aaron the Groom on White Cryogen with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink.  They are colored with Copics and the Bride has some glitter pen added for glitz.  They are both cut out and pop dotted.  Cheery Lynn's English Tea Party Doily is cut from Star Dreams. I love the sparkle of that paper. The pearls on the doily are done with a Viva Decor Pearl Pen.   It's Your Special Day is stamped with Versa Fine Black Pigment Ink.  The DP is really from my long ago stash. I loved it thinking it looked just right for the time period of the couple!!  Corner pearls are from my stash. The wedding rings are from Dress It Up.  The finished size is a 6" square.

Cheery Lynn's Butterfly Challenge

The Cheery Lynn Blog is having a Butterfly Challenge which ends June 4th. Just use one or
more of their butterfly dies and enter.

 I created a 6" Center Step Card for the Cheery Lynn Butterfly Challenge.  Exotic Butterflies Small and Butterfly Bundles to feature Cheery Lynn's beautiful butterflies. Other dies used are Fanciful Flourish, Grass Border, also Little Stacker Nesting Ovals and Inverted Scallop Oval.  Viva Decor Pearl Pens created all the pearls.  The flowers are from my stash.
