Outlines Challenge 10 Christmas in July

I stamped all images in a black pigment ink and embossed with a fine black embossing powder.  I used the Holly Leaves Topper Sm and Christmas Blessings.  Cheery Lynn's Lattice 2 provides the frame for the holly.  The DP is from Basic Grey.  Copics were used for coloring and I did not keep a list of the colors used.  The finished size is 4.25" x 5.50"

Cheery Lynn Guest Designer!!

I am so honored and thrilled to be a Guest Designer for the  Cheery Lynn Blog today!! If you have not checked out Cheery Lynn dies you need to make your first stop their blog, above.  The second stop is at Cheery Lynn Designs to check out their fantastic dies and embossing plates.  

This is the card I created using nine of their dies. The stamped image is Sugar Nellie's Country Garden.  She is stamped with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink and colored with Copics.

Now for the most important part all the dies used.  A XL-Silver Stacker created the center oval.  The white frame is the Kiwi Oval Frame.  The flowers are from the Darling Daisies with the Fanciful Flourish creating the leaves and stems.   The grass is Grass Border.  I had to add one of Cheery Lynn's beautiful butterflies, Exotic Butterflies Small and Small Angel Wings.   Oval-Scalloped XL Stackers was used to cut the card itself and another XL Silver Stacker for the purple layer.

The Designer Paper is Die Cuts With a View, Pocket full of Posies. A Viva Decor Pearl Pen for the butterfly pearls and gems from my stash for the flowers.

I stamped Sweet Stamps Candy Cane/Peppermint Candy duo with a pigment ink to get the correct shade and added Spica Glitter pens for bling.  The Sweet Holiday Wishes is stamped with a pigment ink and embossed with Detail Clear Embossing Powder on white cardstock.  Then die cut it with Little Stacker Ovals and embossed the oval with Pierce Plate Lg Oval.  The red panel is cut from Oval Multi Frame.  The DP is Christmas Combo from Die Cuts With A View.  The ribbon is from my stash. The Dew Drops are from Robin's Nest.  The finished size is 5" x 7".

Outlines Monday Challenge 9 - Sweet Tooth

 I created a Candy Bar Wrapper using Kraft Paper from Cut Cardstock. I embossed it with Crafts Too Stars Folder.  The Outlines image I used is a  Cupcake which I stamped with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink on White Cryogen.  The cupcake was colored with Copics and glitter sprinkled for bling.  The greetings are Tiny Celebrate and Tiny Happy Birthday.  The balloons were cut from my Cricut. Just for the record it is a Hershey Candy Bar under the wrapper!!

WINTER BLUES/ Winter or Holiday

 I stamped Lace Tree, in White Dye Ink on Parchment Vellum.  The image was cut out using Four-Split-Perforating Tool, and a Piercing Perforating Pad.  I also dry embossed using Soft Grip Stylus Tool and Etching Embossing Mat.  The beautiful Lace Tree is on Cheery Lynn's Scallop Oval XL which is embossed with  Dotted Swiss. The DP is Basic Grey's Dasher. The lace is from Kaiser Kraft.  The pearls were created with a Viva Decor Pearl Pen.  The finished size is 6.25" x 4.50".

Sweet Stamps #23 Silver and Gold

SILVER AND GOLD

 This is my first card. I made two for the challenge couldn't decide which one to use. I used Snowflake #2 Bold, Medium Snowflake, Snowflake Small stamping them with Versa Mark and embossing with Queen's Gold on white cardstock. They are cut out and pop dotted. The greeting is Season's Greetings stamped with Versa Mark and embossed with silver.  Cheery Lynn's Snowflake Flurries embossed the silver Star Dreams.  The gold is also Star Dreams.  The snowflakes and gems are from my stash.  The finished size is 4.25" x 5.50".

For my second card I stamped Bells with Bows with Versa Mark and embossed it with silver.  It is colored with markers and glitter glue for some sparkle. The greeting is above but embossed with Queens Gold.  The gold is Nellies Dot Circles and I used a red Viva Decor Pearl Pen for the pearls.  The ribbon is from my stash too!!  The finished size is 4.25" x 5.50".

Sweet Stamps Challenge #22 Christmas

CHRISTMAS!!

I used Christmas Rose Candle, Two Rose Spray, and Holly Sprig stamping them in Tuxedo Black Momento Ink on White Cryogen paper.  All coloring was done with Copics.  I cut the Two Rose Spray out adding the Holly Sprigs on each end to match the Christmas Rose Candle.  My sentiment of choice was Merry Christmas Fancy which is stamped with a black pigment ink and embossed with black embossing powder.   Cheery Lynn's Italian Flourish Doily is one of my layers and the rose in the corner is from I Am Roses.  The DP's used are from Jovial from Basic Grey and Christmas Comb from Die Cuts With a View.  The finished size is a 6" square.
