Sweet Stamps #14 Butterflies

Sweet Stamps Challenge this week is Butterflies Stamps or Embellishments. Sweet Stamps has a wonderful selection of Butterfly stamps and dies.

I stamped Bold Butterfly Large on three pieces of cardstock first, cutting the image out; putting them together with pop dots to create a faux embossed look.  The Bold Butterfly Large and Bold Butterly Medium is stamped  with White Dye Ink and embossed with  Detail White Embossing Powder. Both images were cut out using a 4-Split Peforating Tool. I colored both the Bold butterflies with gel pens.  The Little Monarch   is stamped with Versa Mark and embossed with Diamonds and Pearls and also cut it out with the 4-split tool.  Butterfly Kisses is stamped in Versa Fine Black Ink. The background was created with Cheery Lynn's Flutterbys Plate.  Before running the plate thru my Big Shot, I inked the plate with Versa Mark.  I dug out my Shimmer Dusts and dusted the butterflies for the shimmery look.  The swirl sequin embellishments are from Hero Arts.  The finished size is 4.25" x 5.50".

Sweet Stamps #13 - Olden Days

Sweet Stamps challenge this week is Olden Days/Vintage.  At Sweet Stamps there is a wonderful  collection of stamps under Antique/Old Fashioned.

 I used Sweet Stamps image Elizabeth stamping her on White Cryogen with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink.  She is colored with Copics and cut out popped with foam dots.  The frame is Scroll Shadow Box stamped with a brown pigment ink and embossed with Clear Embossing Powder.  The frame was cut using a4-Split Perforating Tool.  I airbrushed the frame's background with Copics V15.  The Antiques Gloves and Boot Duo were also colored with Copics. Happy Birthday is stamped with Shades Rich Amethyst. The cardstock is Coredinations. The green is embossed with Cheery Lynn's Hearts and Leaves Plate then sanded for the distressed look.  The DP is Prima's Botanical Collection.  The flower is also Prima and  was tipped in V06 and the leaves were colored with C01 to tone the green down.  The finished size is a 5" x 7".

Sweet Stamps #12 - Sympathy

This week at Sweet Stamps the challenge is a Sympathy Card.

I stamped the Small Iris on White Cryogen with Tuxedo Black Momento Ink.  The lovely Iris are colored with Copics. I placed the colored Iris on  Nellie's Oval Multi Frame.  The flourish is part of  Marianne's Circle Frame Elements Dies. The sentiment is embossed with black embossing powder.  I distressed the edges with Shades Argos Ink.  The DP is Basic Gray's Cappella. The lace and pearls are from Kaiser Kraft.  The finished size is 4.25" x 5.50".

Sweet Stamps Challenge #11 - Frame It

This week at Sweet Stamps the Challenge is to Frame It.  Just include some type of frame on your card..

 I stamped Scroll Scissors Frame with White Dye Ink on Vellum. I then embosses it with Fine White Detail powder.  I dry embossed some areas. I cut the frame out with Seagull Decorative Scissors.  They work perfectly for the frame.  In the center I stamped Entwined Roses with Black Momento Ink.  I colored the Roses with Momento Markers from the back.  I stippled Shades Forest and Tank on the Happy Anniversary is stamped with black ink and embossed with black embossing powder.  The background is embossed with a soon to be announced plate at Sweet Stamps.  I used Viva Decor Pearl Pens to create the pearls and the finished size is 5" x 7" card.

I stamped the Tall Teapot with Momento Tuxedo Black ink onto White Cryogen paper.  The Teapot is colored with Copics adding Spicas to the flowers for a little glitter.  The greetings are stamped with Shades Valentine.  Cheery Lynn's English Tea Party Doily was perfect for this card.  A few pearls from my stash and air brush the flowers, the card was complete for any Lady!!  The DP is from Sei. The finished size is a 6" square.

Sweet Stamps #9 A recipe

This week's challenge at  Sweet Stamps Challenge is a

I stamped Three Wild Rose Bunch with Momento Black Ink on White Cryogen paper. All images are colored with Copics.  I cut the Wild Roses out  using the 4 Split Perforating Tool.  The background of the Wild Rose panel was created with the Rosey Design Large #875B and Palm Grove Shades Ink. All greetings are from Sweet Stamps and are stamped with Shades Inks.
I create a 4.25" x 5.50" diagonal easel card. The Tiny Wild Rose DUO was used on the inside with ribbon from my stash.  DP is Basic Grey's Lemonade.

Karen's Doodles #56 Easter

This week at Karen's Doodles the challenge is

EASTER

I used Karen's image Easter Bunny Hop. I sized and printed him onto White Cryogen. He is

colored with Copics. I put Glossy Accents by Ranger on his teeth and Sparkly Fluff on his tail.  I decided to cut him out and use real Easter Grass in his basket.  The eggs are colored with Copics and Spicas. Cheery Lynn's plate Easter Bunny Eggs embossed the background.  Cheery's Oval Classic Stackers and Oval Pierce Plate were used to showcase the bunny.  DP is from my stash and was from Provocraft. The greeting is from Inkadinkado. The gems are from my stash. 
The finished size is a 5.75" square.
