A very simple card for my daughter-in-law who loves dolphins. The dolphin is a Quickutz on a layer embossed by Cuttlebug's Tiny Bubbles. The stamps are the September release from Stamps of Life. I applied glitter to the water.Very simple but I was pleased with the results.
Finished size is 5 1/2x4 1/4.
