Today is our Monthy Challenge for January on  the Sweet Stamps Challenge blog.
It ends on the 14th of the next month.

This month's challenge is to create an EMBOSSED/EMBOSSING CARD!!!
Now is your chance to show us your talent as you create with the technique EMBOSSED/EMBOSSING!!

Find the directions HERE.  Have Fun!!!

Remember to use a Sweet Stamps image on your creation to get an extra chance at winning
$20 of rubber stamps from Sweet Stamps!!!

This  card began with the Sweet Stamps image Priscilla Silhouette.  She is stamped with Distress Ink Pad Clear and embossed with Fantasy Ivory EP.  Die cutting Cheery Lynn's Doily Heart to Heart.  I flipped the die over to trace a black mat for it.  Priscilla is pop dotted  to the second heart using Foam Dots  There is a pop out heart that I stamped Happy Valentine's Day with Distress Ink Clear and embossed with Black Fine Detail EP .  I inked the edge of the heart with Tuexdo Black Momento Ink.

Now for the Embossed/Embossing part of the challenge!! I embossed Craft Concepts Love Hearts on white cardstock.  Using a brayer, I inked the front of the Love Hearts with Distress Ink and embossed it with Valentine Sparkle Fine Detail EP.  You can click HERE  for a tutorial on the Embossed/Embossing Technique.  The finished size of the card is 4.50" x 6.25".

Be sure to visit Sweet Stamps blog and see what the rest of the team has created for you.   And please join in on the fun!!
