The Design Team had to use one of the new 2013 ATC Florals. I want to encourage you to take a look at these florals as they are quite beautiful. I chose
Stylish Tulips Silhouette and stamped them in
Valentine Shades Dye Ink . The layers are die cut with Cheery Lynn's
Card Makers Rectangle A2 and
Card Makers Scallop Rectangle A2. The greeting,
Tiny Happy Birthday was stamped with
Tuxedo Black Momento Ink . I decided to use my Score It to emboss a frame around the card base. The lined are embossed at 1/4". This is so 'Simple' and I haven't used this technique in forever!! The Dew Drops are from my stash. The adhesive I used is
Great Tape. The finished size of the card is 4.25 x 5.50".

Love the red and white combination and the scalloped layers. Also the scored edges.
