I stamped our image, Charlotte, on Vellum as this was fitting for such a lady. She is stamped with White Dye Ink and embossed with White Detail Embossing Powder. I used the 4-split tool to cut this image out. Using a stylus I dried embossed some area. I used a glaze pen on the butterfly and Spica Glitter Pens on the flowers. The greeting is stamped using Versa Mark and embossed with Medieval Powder. All embellishments are from my stash. I airbrushed the flower gems with Copics. Also from my stash is the beautiful rainbow paper.
The finished size is 4.50" x 6.25".

I always wondered what to do with the rainbow paper Stacey had in the store. ITs perfect here! I have my tools and parchment sitting here on the desk. Just need a prod out of my dungeon. See you later gator.
This is so pretty Bonnie, I love the rainbow of colors! Great job on the etching too.
